You may only hold one account on ScoreBet. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held across those accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, South African ID number or passport number, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in ZAR. We support a range of payment methods including South African bank transfers and other approved payment options. The minimum and maximum transaction limits for each method are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Before processing a withdrawal, we are required by law to verify your identity in line with FICA requirements. This means you'll need to submit a copy of your South African ID or passport and proof of address. We won't process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that don't belong to you.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your chosen method. We aim to process all approved withdrawals as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 5 business days in some cases.
ScoreBet may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. These will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you've met the requirements, any bonus funds not yet converted to real money will be removed from your account.
All bets placed on ScoreBet are subject to our betting rules, which are published in full on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you've read and accepted those rules.
We reserve the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, system faults, or events where the outcome has been manipulated or is subject to a formal investigation. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless we specifically offer a cash-out or edit function for that market.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from your use of ScoreBet will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
